Mother finds son on FaceBook after 27 years

A mother has been reunited with her son 27 years after he was ‘kidnapped’ by his Hungarian father – when her sister stumbled across his Facebook profile after Googling his name.
Gavin Paros was spirited out of Britain in 1982 at the age of three by his father, Joseph, after his marriage to Avril Grube broke down.
Ms Grube, now 62, had almost given up hope of ever seeing her son again. Then her younger sister, Beryl, decided to try Googling his name.
Lo and behold Mr Paros’s Facebook profile popped up and the pair were put in touch for the first time. Read more…
