They stopped short, however, of classifying the death of Sahel Kazemi, the woman who was found dead with McNair on Saturday afternoon in a Nashville condominium.
“While it is clear McNair’s death is a homicide, the police department is not classifying Kazemi’s death, pending further investigation and interviews with persons who knew her and McNair,” police spokesman Don Aaron said at press conference this afternoon.
McNair, 36, was found on a sofa in the living room with four gunshot. On Saturday, the police said McNair had one gunshot wound to the head. Kazemi, 20, who the police said McNair had been dating for several months, was found on the floor with a gunshot wound to the side of the head.
